| PHASE I: Initial Evaluation and Assessment.
PHASE II: Individual Therapy - Discover who you are, find respect of self, understand and know your truth in the present moment. Let go of past sufferings with spiritual wisdom, by telling your story with dignity and respect, or by using EMDR and/or Psych-K. PHASE III: Group Therapy – Creating Life Balance - This is a 10 month educational and therapeutic group to establish sobriety from addictive behaviors. This group teaches us how to become intimate with our emotional selves and with others. We learn how to relate and communicate from our hearts, to live our truth, and to balance our lives. This healthy environment allows us to be healthy in our everyday lives. No one single behavior defines sex addiction. When compulsivity has taken control of the addicts life and it has become unmanageable the behaviors include; excessive masturbation, compulsive heterosexual and/or homosexual relationships, prostitution, sexting, indecent phone calls, exhibitionism, rape, voyeurism, incest, and/or violence. It is important to know that sex addiction does not always lead to sexual offense. Sexual addiction is often accompanied by other addictions and past trauma. This afflicts people from childhood to late adulthood. This is an issue for men and women and an estimated 3 – 5% of Americans are afflicted with sexual addiction. Often times, restricting, binge-purge behaviors, and over eating are accompanied by other addictions or compulsive behaviors.
